hello again. two blogs in one week, i know...pretty impressive. just thought i'd send a hello quickly...things are going well here. over the weekend i was at an mcc retreat, which was a wonderful time of relaxing, catching up with mccers, etc. it was definitely really odd to be at retreat without other seeders...difficult, even...but i spent more time with other mccers and got to know them much more which was great. i am transitioning from being a seeder with many other seeders to being a "service worker", without the group experience, etc...its different for sure. but things are going well...my job is great. there is so much diversity in what i do every day, it really doesn't feel like a job, and i really enjoy it.
we are finishing up our time in cali and will be in medellin a bit before i get back to the coast next week! i am very excited to be back on the coast, see my communities and friends there, and enjoy the heat!

and a few pics from the last day of retreat when we went to a park that had some fun activities...not real intense, but enjoyable and extremely cheap! you can see the cauca valley behind me...it was beautiful!
